Please provide website URL secure-ede.emea.mycwt.com and your contact information and Securetransfer userid and ask for it to be reset if your password has expired or you forgot it. If you are having other issues, please be provide as much information as possible, securetransfer userid, type of connection (web browser or ftp client), time of error, type of function when error happened (example: login, downloading/uploading file, navigating, etc).
